DJ Bookbinders offers a specialist book, magazine and thesis binding service delivered to the highest standards, located just outside Swanage in Dorset. We also now supply hand-made, archive quality binders based on our original football programme binders. Please see below for more details.
DJ Bookbinders turn printed matter into hardcase bound volumes, turning magazines or loose pages into books that will grace any bookshelf. This procedure is carried out with care and precision with particular attention given to each individual customer's requirements.
Our hardcase sewn volumes are sturdily bound in arbelave library buckram, which we can supply in a variety of colours and we offer the choice of gold or silver lettering.
For a detailed explanation of the processes involved in bookbinding please go to our binding section where you can see the types of binding we offer. In our prices section you will find a guide to the cost of binding and delivery charges.
Bring us your magazines, periodical collection, thesis or manuscripts and we'll transform them into a beautiful hardbound book you can give as a gift, show to friends or keep as a momento.
If you have a much loved childhood favourite that needs a little care and attention for the next generation to enjoy or a family cookbook which is the worse for wear, please contact us and we will be delighted to help and advise.
There is no minimum quantity. We are happy to bind as little as one volume per customer.
DJ Bookbinders can now supply archive quality binders, with covers made from arbelave library buckram and gold lettering to the spine. These binders are based on DJ Bookbinder's original football programme binders and by using archive quality polyester pockets are now suitable for storing all types of collectable documents including vintage football programmes, theatre programmes, documentation, photographs etc. For details of sizes and prices please go to our binders section.
